Our expert and certified Master watchmakers conduct rigorous reviews of each watch to ensure its authenticity before we list anything for sale. You're welcome to authenticate your watch locally at any authorized retailer. It is essential to use authorized retailers only for any questions regarding a luxury timepiece. Absolutely every watch we sell has its original serial number. We do not accept watches without serial numbers, and we do not remove serial numbers for any reason. In fact, we discourage this practice as does every reputable high-end watch dealer. We sell only the finest products in excellent condition. We do not sell or purchase any watches without serial numbers and would suggest that if a company offers watches without serial numbers you should walk away from that company and never look back.

For all purchases made in store, Time Source will provide an exchange or a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, or special ordered.
Our online purchase policy lasts 7 days from when you receive the item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (provided merchandise has not been worn, altered or special ordered), your item must be unused, altered and in the same condition that you received it. After you are giving the approval to ship the merchandise back to us please include a invoice of proof or purchase inside the package. For return address please scrow down. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All packages are insured by our third party insurance company for full purchase price incase of loss or theft. All packages will need an adult signature at the time of delivery with no questions asked. No packages will be left outside under no exceptions. All packages will be shipped via UPS at a $100 dollar flat rate. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All packages are shipped UPS Express delivery and are insured by our third party insurance company for full purchase price incase of loss or theft. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charge and any custom/duties fees that might be incurred. No packages will be left outside under no exceptions. Carrier will attempt to deliver package two times before being returned to Time Source Jewelers.
Items Lost During Shipping:
Although this is a rare situation for us, it does happen. If a shipped order is lost, FedEx or UPS must conduct an investigation to locate the package. If the package is not located, FedEx or UPS must process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. Once the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item, an insurance reimbursement will be issued to Time Source Jewelers and your original payment will refunded in full or an alternate order will be placed.
