WATCH REPAIR

Suppose your watch is not working for any reason. In that case, Time Source Jewelers has the expertise to resolve it using only original manufacturer parts. Below are some of the extensive repairs we offer:

COMPLETE OVERHAUL SERVICE

Repair your watch to its initial factory specifications & increase its life with cleaning, disassembly, reassembly of the movement & improvement in the watch's timing. Most of the mechanical watches need full maintenance every 3 to 5 years, depending on the brand specifications.

BROKEN CRYSTAL

All broken crystals can be professionally replaced and installed with our master watchmaker. We’re able to replace all modern and vintage crystals on all timepieces.

BROKEN CROWNS & PUSHERS

All crowns & pushers can be professionally replaced and installed with our master watchmaker. A complete overhaul service is necessary when crowns or pushers are replaced because we need to warranty the timing of the watch when doing this service.

WATER AND/OR MOISTURE DAMAGE

All water or moisture damage watches need to be mailed in or dropped off right away from the time the water gets in the movement. These watches need to go through a complete overhaul service with our master watchmaker to ensure all the parts are cleaned properly or changed with original factory parts.

CASE & BRACELET REFINISHING

All watches are refinished to the original factory finish by our in house professional refinisher. All movements are always removed from the case before polishing. Our refinisher can restore your case and bracelet to look like new from the time you purchased the watch.

MECHANICAL WATCH DE-MAGNETISM

Suppose a mechanical watch has become disrupted from magnetic fields penetrating the timing element. In that case, Time Source Jewelers will conduct a test &, if needed, apply an inverse magnetic field to restore its normal function at no charge.

PROCESS

During the timepiece repair process at our Center, software custom-developed for Time Source Jewelers keeps track of every watch, creating emails at each transition among departments & establishing benchmarks for how long each phase should ideally take. This has actually resulted in decreasing average repair time.
